This review is long overdue regarding the folks who service the community – Lakes of Bella Terra. Sterling ASI took over this property when it was basically a mess (didn’t know that until I went to a couple of community meetings) and virtually in a couple of months, have returned the community to its Tuscan-inspired oasis roots! Juan Cruz and Allen Liao with Sterling Association have both helped me with managing my account and also set up a payment plan for my HOA dues. Any request that I have made is promptly returned the same day or within 24 hours. A big thanks to both Juan and Allen for awesome customer service!

For quite sometimes I go to the Sterling office to make my monthly Maintenace payments and I noticed that Ms. Diana Perez always welcome every one of us with a smile, concern and offer to help.
