They are extremely quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly, courteous workers. RecommendedGreat Property! Had a wonderful living experience here while our home was being built. Management and maintenance staff were AMAZING. Always super friendly and welcoming to our vocal beagle even when the one leasing professional was indifferent towards her. Management always cared out the residents and hosted great resident events. Location is fabulous :-) walking distance from bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property.
RecommendedAs a corporate housing provider we rent several apartments from this community. Our guest have had nothing but rave reviews about the staff and community. Our work orders are answered in a timely manner and someone is always available to take a phone call if we have an issue. We have many repeat guest and they always check to see if we have availability at Moderne. We will defiantly be keeping our units at this property for a long as we are allowed.
RecommendedI lived here two years with my wife and we loved it. The staff here is phenomenal. The best service I’ve ever had at any place I’ve lived. Incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns. You can tell they care about the residents and know many of us by name. They also create great events to make it feel like a community. RecommendedBeautiful apartments and club house. We recently had a Baby shower in the club house and all of the guests talked about how great the accomodations were and helpful the staff were.
