RecommendedThe Moderne at Providence is a great place to live! The apartments are nice and the staff is great. It is walking distance from downtown providence! My dog loves the dog park and gets a great every time we go to the office!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff and their facility.Deena and Jackie at the front office are friendly and great at their jobs. Many times I’ve had to go down for something and everything has always been taken care of. More like a family. RecommendedHighly recommend this place if you have just moved to the area. The management is great and very friendly. We did not have any issues with maintenance requests, the guy came to our apt on scheduled times. The area is pretty quiet with nearby stores, a gas station, etc. They have a car wash area inside the apartment complex which I really liked since I used to pay $8-$15 in New York for a single car wash.
