RecommendedBeautiful views and wildlife. It's hard to believe you're so close to the bustle of city life when you're here. Neighbors are friendly and there are lots of awesome dogs. Management is very friendly and open to communication. They'll always find a way to work through issues with you. Only complaint is that the apartments are a bit smaller. We've called this place home for almost four years, though, and we'll miss it.

RecommendedI absolutely love living here! Very spacious, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood with balcony never goes wrong. Plus the staff here are amazing! They take care of things right away after I give them a call or shoot them an email- even on weekends, which is very convenient. Another thing I love about living at Providence Place is that residents here get good deals on restaurants in the neighborhood. I would say that I am very fortunate to live in a place that I enjoy very much, every day, at Providence Place. =)

My experience with The Sterling Group has been wonderful so far. I was recently hired to be the Assistant Manager at an apartment community. From the phone interview to my first few days as a new hire, I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism that The Sterling Group has displayed. All employees that I have come in contact with have been very welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend this company!
RecommendedGreat 2 bedroom floor plan with each room having direct access to a bathroom! Staff is friendly and willing to help with any issues, plus the pool is heated
I love the location! It’s in a very convenient location with a lot of amenities near by. I think the rent is high compared to other apartments, but the facility is nice and high end.
