RecommendedThe Promenade Apartments are wonderful! I love the community events. The grounds are always beautiful & clean. Paige is an absolute pleasure to work with! She’s been so helpful from the very beginning of my process. Even going as far as to go and measure a wall for me to make sure a furniture piece I had would fit! I highly recommend these apartments.

RecommendedI lived here nearly two years. I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and without need of follow up. All of the maintenance crew were friendly and top notch. The office staff was always friendly and helpful, too. Anna is great to deal with in the office. I never heard much noise from neighbors. RecommendedI lived at Timber Ridge for almost 2 years and loved every day. The management team is AWESOME and the amenities are perfect! W/D in unit, enclosed garage and a gym all tucked into a beautiful wooded area--can't beat it! Highly recommend!
