I am currently renting a unit at Hampton Chase Apartments in Nashville Tennessee. I have not had properly working air conditioning along with other issues with my apartment since June 4th. Where do I begin worst place ever lived in . weeds are growing all over the place mulch is gone dogs Pee all over the yard so now the grass is all yellow and they do not take care of it . Everything is very beautiful. Location is perfect. We were also sold on how dog friendly they were during the tour. We were told the courtyard would be where we would want to be so it would be convenient for our dog. After about a month we were told dogs were no longer allowed in the courtyard as it was a "picnic" area. The guy upstairs walks through his apartment as though he is a herd of stampeding elephants. Please do something about the drugs, shootings, loud music, grounds, and overall safety of the residents. Please. I'm fearful to walk to my car at night.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They're very misleading. Save yourself money, time, and heartache; rent from somewhere else! I promise you're not missing out on anything. Everything is outdated and disgusting, except for the newly renovated office, which no customer uses. I'm being serious, just find somewhere else!
gross. Stay away. Was looking for a first apartment for my sister. Did not respond to emails or call me back.mi eventually stopped by and got to see for myself that this place is a joke. They talked up the pools but on the tour one was surrounded by caution tape lol. I could go on but there are plenty other reviews that will go over the other laughable conditions.
