Wish you could give zero stars! I've been moved out for almost 6 months and they're just now trying to hit me with a $700 bill for crap! They said I damaged the window and blinds, funny thing is when I moved in there weren't even any blinds! I had to purchase them and I was nice enough to leave them behind for the next people. Pretty sure they're charging me because they have nobody living in it, trying to get their money. Moving in or out? TAKE PICTURES. They will try their damnest to stiffen you of your money! Awful!
I loved it here at first, BUT the noise is terrible - I can hear someone cough on the floor above me. I write this as I sit in my living room at 2:00 AM (Yes - AM, not PM) because they are working on the construction site and keeping me up - I hear the beeping & people talking. Parking rules? Worst place to live. Awful maintenance. Ladies in the office are rude as hell and are complete you know whats. I advise to stay far away from this place. They do not care about their tenants and it's way over priced. Definitely not worth the money you've worked for.
Roof is leaking ,they said put a bucket under it ,they change the rules as you go and have different rules for different people my suggestion is not to live here .
