I would tell a friend that they are clean, friendly, have good food and a beautiful location. [name removed], the sales officer is awesome and very accommodating. I have been very happy with Sterling Inn.

I have actually recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication with the family and friends is good. There are three meals a day served in the dining room. There is room service available if your loved one is ill; however, there is a cost associated with this option.

We are already highly recommend this to other family and friends. They have proven to be a top notch facility. They offer activities such as bingo, card games, arm chair travel, movie nights, as well as others. The food is good and they provide a variety of options to chose from. They offer transportation to doctor appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as shopping or out to restaurants. Housekeeping comes weekly. She has a washer and dryer in her apartment. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The rooms are a nice size and the cleanliness of the community stand out to me. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food selection could be better for the residents.

It is like living at country club. The dining room here is just like a country club I used to belong to. The library is beautiful and well stocked. There is a billiards room, and other rooms available for activities. It is a beautiful place. The rent just rent up recently. I feel the rent is very, very high. I understand why the rent is the way it is. The excuse is a little weak, especially this year. The community is blaming the rent increase on the pandemic. This is a wonderful location. Don is amazing and is helpful even if this isn't the place you decide to reside. What a blessing this staff is.

Sterling Inn provides the upmost clean & peaceful place for our Seniors to reside and receive professional, compassionate care. My Dad resided in the nursing care section of the Inn. Under the leadership of [name removed] who serves as the Director of Resident Services, the nursing staff provided excellent services to include timely and accurate administration of prescribed medications. The staff was also great in keeping family members apprised of the medical status of my Dad. Thank you [name removed] and staff !!

I think the quality of the services is well worth the value. My mom felt like it was a family and the staff as well as the residents were very welcoming. She loved the food. They offered a very big variety in restaurant style dining. The caregivers very good. I would 100 percent recommend this community to other families. I was very satisfied with this community.
