The staff at Sterling Inn are very helpful during the move in as well as for daily living. This is my parents favorite of the places they've lived from Ohio to Las Vegas to Victorville, Ca.

I would & have recommended it. It's the best one around here. I don't know about out of the area. It is a difficult decision moving a loved one from their home & Mom was no exception. But she adapted very quickly, made friends, & loved it there. It's not perfect, but nothing is anyway.

My husband loved being there at Sterling Inn. The only time he ever complained was when his level of care went up. Sometimes when he would ask for assistance it would take an unreasonable length of time before he got the help or assistance he needed. Otherwise he said it was a good place to live. He made some good friends. Activities were enjoyable. Holidays and special days of the year were observed with appropriate activities. Also, it was always clean, meals were good and better than he expected.

Besides being very friendly, staff also remembers family members names! Very impressive. If the staff has any concerns regarding my Mom, the staff immediately calls me right away, and if they cannot get ahold of me they call my daughter. A variety of meals are provided to meet everyone's needs. I feel this is one of the most important one of all because it motivates everyone's social emotional needs! Exterior lights need to be fixed for security of staff and residence. The floors and kitchen need regular scrubbings. Dust control at the neighboring concrete plant needs to be addressed, along with speeding 70+ mph vehicles on Ridgecrest Road. With the exceptions of the above mentioned wish list, the Sterling Inn is a gem. I would gladly volunteer my time to address the issues as the focus is on love and compassion is the first priority at the Sterling Inn by its staff.

What has made Sterling Inn such a great experience so far is the staff. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and was very good at, including my grandmother and the different activities and getting her out of her room.
