I would recommend Sterling Inn, for sure. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The place always looked beautiful. There were a couple little hiccups with communication here and there, but we got things worked out.

We chose Sterling Inn because it was more user friendly. I love the atmosphere. They are always playing 40s band music, they have wall paper walls, etc. They have plenty of activities for the residents. I would recommend to others looking, [name removed] who we worked with was great. Out of the 4 different places they have lived in the past 6 years, Sterling Inn is their favorite by far.

They take very good care of everybody here. They know what's going on, when someone leaves someone comes back. They have housekeeping and they do a good job. My dad takes some medication so they come up and give it to him, that all costs extra. It's clean here, I've never seen anything dirty. There's activities all the time, every day. My dad likes the food.

Upon visiting your facility, my family and I met the most pleasant and helpful person under your employ. [name removed] walked us through the beautiful complex and was informative and knowledgeable. I would tell a friend that they are clean, friendly, have good food and a beautiful location. [name removed], the sales officer is awesome and very accommodating. I have been very happy with Sterling Inn.

I have actually recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication with the family and friends is good. There are three meals a day served in the dining room. There is room service available if your loved one is ill; however, there is a cost associated with this option.

We are already highly recommend this to other family and friends. They have proven to be a top notch facility. They offer activities such as bingo, card games, arm chair travel, movie nights, as well as others. The food is good and they provide a variety of options to chose from. They offer transportation to doctor appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as shopping or out to restaurants. Housekeeping comes weekly. She has a washer and dryer in her apartment. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The rooms are a nice size and the cleanliness of the community stand out to me. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food selection could be better for the residents.

It is like living at country club. The dining room here is just like a country club I used to belong to. The library is beautiful and well stocked. There is a billiards room, and other rooms available for activities. It is a beautiful place. The rent just rent up recently. I feel the rent is very, very high. I understand why the rent is the way it is. The excuse is a little weak, especially this year. The community is blaming the rent increase on the pandemic.
