I was so impressed with the care and thoughtfulness given to my loved one at Sterling Inn. Very happy with it! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place in the high desert.

The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and my Mom enjoys playing cards and BINGO!!! I really appreciate that the staff reminds everyone which activities are about to take place and when it's time to eat. The Sterling Inn gives my family and I a peace of mind knowing that my mom is being well taken care of 24/7. In regards to the price it's a little expensive. Therefore, between my daughter and I , we give my Mom her meds and do her laundry to save some costs. My mom hasn't had the opportunity to go for an outin... read more

It's been an awesome experience after being traumatized at the Desert Horizon Residential Care nightmare! The staff is amazing at the Sterling Inn Community. I wish there were an expanded service for the elderly, they need representation when so many have predatory children and cons at every turn. At 55 years old now, I don't have a good outlook on life in America as a senior living to their 70s.

I toured Sterling Inn last week. The facility is beautiful and very well kept. What impressed myself and family most was [name removed]. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, she knew the name of every patient we encountered. It made me feel good knowing that should I choose to live there, I wouldn’t be just another number. Here was someone that knew not only their name, but their family, history and more. I asked how in the world she did it and she answered “they’re my family”. When touring this facility, be sure to request [name removed]! She makes the uncertainty your experiencing for your loved one easier to accept and she shows respect and love to each family member involved! The appearance is warm and attractive There are several different styles of events that your family member can involve themselves with

I definitely recommend this facility. The staff is compassionate and caring. The food is great, a little bland but that's because of no salt. I guess seniors are on limited salt intake, but its flavorful. The place is always clean. I have nothing bad to say about this facility. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. It's pricey, but you pay for what you get.

I would recommend Sterling Inn, for sure. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The place always looked beautiful. There were a couple little hiccups with communication here and there, but we got things worked out.

We chose Sterling Inn because it was more user friendly. I love the atmosphere. They are always playing 40s band music, they have wall paper walls, etc. They have plenty of activities for the residents. I would recommend to others looking, [name removed] who we worked with was great. Out of the 4 different places they have lived in the past 6 years, Sterling Inn is their favorite by far.

They take very good care of everybody here. They know what's going on, when someone leaves someone comes back. They have housekeeping and they do a good job. My dad takes some medication so they come up and give it to him, that all costs extra. It's clean here, I've never seen anything dirty. There's activities all the time, every day. My dad likes the food.
