Was very disappointed and embarrassed at the very small angel statue with flowers. Would not have ordered if I had seen it when I ordered it. Not worth the price.

This is the second time I have received a bill from this company for flowers for dead people that I don’t know. First time it happened they used my charge card to charge flowers for a dead guy in Northern Indiana that I didn’t know. I turned them over to the bank who determined it was fraud and took care of it. I closed out the charge card, then today I receive another bill for again people I don’t know. Not send flowers for your daughters 13th bday that die in 2 days

Thank you for your message and picture Samantha. Looking at your photo, I can tell that the flowers are dehydrated. This will happen when they have not had water added to them. I can tell in the picture that many of the stems are not below the water line. The water line will lower on a daily basis. This is a good sign of healthy fresh flowers as they are absorbing the water. Water should be added daily, and the flowers will last much longer. What I will do is setup a pick-up and replace. I have loved every flower arrangement from Steve’s Flowers I’ve ordered over the years until the last week. I ordered a Tuesday special to cheer up a colleague. I have done this a few times in the past and have always been pleased. This time my teacher colleague received a bouquet of carnations. It was ugly and tacky. While I realize this is a special and you get what you pay for, I was very disappointed and won’t order again. I sent a follow up email but have never received a response.
