This has been my go to place for 15 years. never again, seriously screwed up orders the last 2 times I ordered, not even a apology today after I spoke with them on the phone to make sure it would go smoothly, just the opposite.. .So disappointed.

I ordered flowers Friday and waited to hear a "thank you". Never happened so I called on Monday.....it ended up that the put a hanger on her front door and she never looked for it because they don't use the door. It took until yesterday for her to get flowers. If I wouldn't have called them due to the fact she hadn't said thank you...... she probably wouldn't have gotten flowers.
