What a wonderful customer experience we received from Steve's! Our co-worker's wife passed away earlier this week, so we placed an online order for a wind chime set to be delivered on 1/26. The morning of the service, I received an email with a picture of the wind chime on its stand with a pretty bow and card attached. Additionally, we received a heartfelt sympathy from Steve himself. What a GREAT company! I WILL be purchasing from here again.
I didn't see what I was looking for on their website so I sent an email with a picture. I received a response within a few minutes telling me they could accommodate me. I received a picture of the finished product and delivery confirmation. Excellent customer service!
These guys never disappoint, when many others had. They've even called me proactively to make sure I really wanted what I ordered the way I ordered it, which I did not. And sending a box of turtles along makes Steve's Flowers the perfect gift to send to my wife at work.
I went in for a consultation on my upcoming wedding, and I was very disappointed with my experience at Steve's Flowers. My consultant did not introduce himself, and did not even acknowledge the two other people I had brought with me. He didn't ask about my wedding, style preferences, or anything that I was interested in.
