We called the week of Thanksgiving and where scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving. Shane arrived at 8:00 a.m. and checked out our problem fight away. He had to order a new shower faucet so he had to reschedule for the following Monday. He arrived at 8:30 and ready to go to work. The job took several hours to complete and as always the work and the people you deal with was top notch. We have never dealt with a nicer group of people, scheduling to technician's 5 BIG STARS. William is a true professional. From the original estimate and explanation of the work and what the finished job would look like to the completion was excellent. It was on time and on price. He can work in my home anytime.
