I was satisfied with my experience. They were honest and fair. A simple problem that was resolved quickly . Instead of overpricing me with an elaborate repair, they tried the most conservative route and saved me money. They were upfront though stating that if the conservative route did not work we would go to plan B. At least they gave me options. They were professional and prompt. I would recommend my plumber. He is honest

The ONLY good thing that came from my experience was how quickly they responded. I had a clogged drain causing backup in the tubs and toilets, and the technician wouldn't even look around for a clean out to resolve the issue. Before even looking for an existing solution, my bill was AT LEAST $1500, with the threat of an additional $8000 to install a new sewer. I ended up calling another company who came out, found the issue, solved the problem for $150 in less than 30 minutes. *UPDATE* Just got off the phone with the comp... read more
