After having had my previous loan fall through, Dave had everything in advance of close for the underwriters it made it a breeze. I would use him again for all of my financing needs.
Dave did what needed to be done with difficult sellers to make sure everything went smoothly. He always stayed in touch and was super easy to work with. He is very good at explaining whatever you need to make sure you feel informed and that he has your best interest in mind.

We could not have asked for a more helpful and knowledgeable loan officer to help us purchase our home! This was our first home purchase, and we were very uneducated about the whole process. Dave helped me get my loan for my home and was always the calming voice during the entire process. He really helped me feel like he had everything under control and as far as I can tell, looking back he really did. Even when I made the bone head mistake of thinking once the loan interest rate was locked down, and opening up not one but TWO lines of credit. Very helpful for a first time home owner. Made sure I understood everything, to include me using my VA loan. Answered all my question and got back to me in a timely matter.
