Had a closing in which the buyer could not get a mortgage and could not find to finance the deal. Dave stepped in and made it work. The process was not easy and Dave did everything to make the deal go through.

Mr. Flashner was instrumental in closing my loan with little time. When I reached out to him, I had less than 30 days to close. I found him after working with another lender. He was very responsive to all of my needs and often called me after hours to make sure I was gathering all of the information he needed. I would not hesitate to use him again.
Dave Flashner is a very personable, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable young man. He had terrific follow through during the time that he worked with my husband and I. I have purchased 3 houses in the last 15 years. Dave Flashner was the most professional man that I have ever worked with.
