Dave provided excellent cost saving services and took the time to explain all the details of the home loan approval process. I asked Dave a ton of questions about my loan and he was able to clearly explain what each line item meant. Extremely professional and he will get you the best deal possible. I talked with several mortgage brokers/companies before talking with Dave. The other companies lumped together charges and didn't properly explain their processes. It made me think they were trying to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge in the mortgage indusrty. Dave went through every charge/cost and the step by step process. He spent a large amount of time explaining everything in detail so I was comfortable with the transaction. It made my overall home buying experience enjoyable and easy.

We were introduced to Dave through our agent. We are so glad that we met him.As first time home buyers we had very minimal knowledge. But Dave was very helpful throughout the process.
