David provided all the necessary information and was very instrumental in securing us a mortgage for our new home. David was very informative and professional and knew his line of business. He answered any and all our questions. He was always polite and efficient.

Worked with us to obtain an acceptable refinance. My wife and I had less than perfect credit scores and David worked diligently to provide a refinance option, that my wife and I were happy with. David had many ways to contact him including email and a couple of phone numbers. He was always prompt to provide answers to our many questions.
Dave is very quick and knows how to get a loan closed. He will help you with getting all the information that you need. With all the information the underwriters are asking for now it is a very long process but Dave will walk you through what needs to be done. He is very good at his job and I recommend him to new or refi home buyers.
