Doug was amazing to work with. We had to complete the whole process 1500 miles away. Everything was done by DocuSign, phone and e-mail. All of the loan steps were either done on time or early. Doug and the office staff kept us up to date on anything they needed to keep the loan steps on schedule. Any questions we had were responded to promptly and fully explained.
