I started the home buying process with a different lender. I lost a house I was trying to purchase and over $2000 because of the original lender having no sense of urgency regarding my loan. David Flashner was then recommended to me. He was able to get me approved on a new house and worked much faster than the original lender I had. He contacted me at least once a week to advise where we were in the process and I never felt like I was "just another loan."

Dave Flashner is a professional from the word go! I was highly disappointed in the service from a Loan broker. Discouraged and thought I might lose the house. Enter Dave Flashner. He explained the loan process, walked me through cleaning up some issues and got the loan approved and closed! My family will be forever grateful for his assistance and continuing guidance! He is an asset to us and continues his outstanding work!

My lender was excellent. The whole process was flawless. Not once did I ever have to question where we ere in the loan process. They kept me posted through the whole process.

Dave was really great at communicating all the pertinent details in a timely manner. Whenever I needed to reach him, he was usually able to call me back within an hour or so if he was not immediately available.

Dave does more than help you get a loan or refinance! Dave helped us navigate through the purchase of our home through a short sale and then helped us refi a couple years later for a lower payment. He made the process incredibly easy and fought for the best rate, low closing costs, etc and even helped us streamline our overall financial situation through the process. He came to our closings both times which even our realtor didn't do!! Just a great guy to work with!! Highly recommend him!

I contacted Dave Flasher after reading positive reviews from Zillow. I made an excellent choice! This man and his team dealt with us going through three houses before we finally closed on our dream house! He kept us up to date on everything and we became like friends. Overall I found my experience with David Flashner to be great. Pros, 1) He actually showed up at the closing so he could explain what I was signing. 2) The morning of the closing he realized that I might be leaving some money on the table. With a closing scheduled at 11:00am he had all the documents revised early in the morning so that I wouldn't pay more than I needed to. His revisions saved me money.
