I ordered the Sea Bass off the monthly special features. Very small portion. Noise level made it difficult to hear at a table for four, we were located near the bar.

We were looking forward to a return to Stone Creek after an awesome dinner last summer. It was going to be a great evening - the new fall menu had just been announced with short ribs and bucatini on the menu. Disappointment! The short ribs were salted - boy, were they ever. Not much flavor but plenty of salt. And then there were the raw carrots. When we made a comment to the server she said that the kitchen liked to send them out crunchy. Had dinner reservations at 6:30 and was not even acknowledged for 15 minutes. All the servers walked passed the table and even made eye contact. It wasn’t even busy for a Saturday night. Managers were even hard to find. Went up to hostess area and asked for a manager. Explained experienced and walked out and went dinner elsewhere.

The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the beef medallions with lobster risotto. My steak was overcooked and slightly tasteless and the risotto was cold. I it was definitely not worth it for the price.

Stone Creek use to be our favorite restaurant for lunch and dinner. Lately not so much. The once lively, fun atmosphere is all but gone. The kitchen is inconsistent, on this visit the shells were left in my shrimp once cooked, it was terrible. The staff use to be so inviting but not so much anymore. Management needs a lift too. I’m sorry to say after two weeks of mediocre I’ll have to start going somewhere else.
Really disappointed! Significant other is rewards member and planned on using the $100 gift card he received for previous visits. Arrived early for reservation, seated promptly. Server came immediately. Drinks arrived promptly. Significant other ordered ribeye, cooked medium. First steak came out rare, second steak came out rare, third steak was 2nd steak recooked and too tough to cut with steak knife. I was finished with my fish entree before 2nd steak arrived.
