The calamari was excellent in a restaurant that was full of noise’. The waiter couldn’t hear/understand our cocktail order. Lots of hard surfaces and lots of people talking - loud, so they could be heard at their table! Both my wife and I had a seafood pasta dish that tasted wonderful in the menu.but wasn’t! Will not be our choice in the future!
A disappointing dinner. Server disappeared got 45 min at a time. Food was terrible. Shrimp overcooked and burnt, pasta was cold. It has been some time since we last ate here and probably will be some time before we come back, if ever.

Slow process from start to finish. They were not that busy. Took a while to get acknowledged after being seated. Half hour went by before we got bread. All courses were slow including getting drinks. Food was fine but not great. Check process took forever. Disappointing experience overall.

Server was nice but very inexperienced and needed help and better training. Service was slow and inattentive. She knew very little about the menu and what people liked or was good. Beef medallions were ordered med-rare (pink) and they were very well done. The replacement came out raw. Other similar restaurants in the area were packed but this one was wide open. I can see why. Just a poor overall dinner experience. May be okay for a burger or salad, but not much else.

The service was horrible. We had to track someone down for water, silverware, and request to order drinks. The food wasn’t cold but not hot. The restaurant was practically empty so I’m not sure why the food and service wasn’t good.

This was probably our worst experience out lately. Service was awful from the moment we stepped in the door. The hostesses were complaining from the moment we walked in. They were complaining of current guests and ones exiting the establishment. We made a reservation and waited 10 minutes for our table. Our server was non existent. Ordered beverages upon arrival, returned twenty minutes later asking what our drink orders because “someone”lost the order (we ordered a Pepsi & a sparkling rosé). We had two tables reserved and asked to be close. It was such a problem and they made such a big deal about putting our two tables close. We made reservations weeks ahead and confirmed we would be close. It took 20 minutes to resolve this issue. Ridiculous. I’m a big spender there and I’m very disappointed on how we were treated.
