When we were seated it took 30 minutes for someone to come over and wait on us and then our drinks were never brought to us and when we ordered, the lady, who i dont remember her name, told us they were out of the pork for the Cuban sandwich. Thats fine but when we ordered something different she went to make sure the cooks could do it but never came back to let us know. Everything good except the Bread,poor quality, know you can do better. I do understand it is free, but let’s be realistic, it is calculated in the over all cost of the meal. Maybe only serve it when requested as I am sure some guests don’t even eat it. Christophe was his charming self, always pleasant as is Mike. Shawn always seems to amaze me as to the volume of tables she can so effectively take care of. Be there next Friday despite the unsavory Bread.

Once one of my very favorite restaurants. Now the past three times I’ve been there my experience and level of service has been abysmal. Service was terribly slow. The most recent occasion tonight, I brought my mother who is visiting from out of town to the restaurant. She ordered the white chicken chili which I raved about. She ordered it and when she received it probably 50 minutes later it was gloppy cheesy mess with no chicken in it whatsoever. On this given night everything went wrong. Were seated on time. Waited 20 minutes for water or anything to happen. Manager came over and said things would improve. Did not....Staff was overwhelmed...service was terrible. Was finally served dinner which came out not even lukewarm I would call it cold. Replacement dinner came and the meat was RARE...barely cooked. Was never checked on after delivery of 2nd dinner. Did not send it back the 2nd time. Not charge your customers for using gift certificates (Visa) and the food needs to be a hot when it arrives at your table not luke warm.
