We have eaten at Stone Creek many times and have enjoyed our experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case for this visit. This visit, we waited over an hour for our food. Our server took 15 minutes to bring us a glass of wine. When we asked about the delay, we were told there was a dinner party upstairs. Ask for a booth when you make your reservation The food was great and our waiter was very good. We have been to Stone Creek the last few years for our anniversary dinner. We had made the reservation online. Due to my poor hearing, we asked for a booth when we got there. We were told we had to ask for a booth when we made the initial reservation. Our reservation was at 6:45, but they gave our table away despite being on time. We asked for a table by the window yet we were given a table by the kitchen. Service was very slow. It was almost unbelievable. Half-price martini night. If the restaurant is going to do this, they should be ready for a crowd. Poorly managed evening. These are good customers of ours, I was embarrassed and not happy.
Good Service, Good Food , WEAK Bar area We had reservations for dinner and met at the bar before being seated at our table on a Saturday night in November; the bar has nightly news on the TV and no one would change it to college football games. We asked but no response. Will we go back, probably not on Saturday during football and basketball season.
Celebrated an anniversary here again as we have always enjoyed this restuarant. The quality of the food is excellent. There was a mix up and got an improperly cooked steak. The waitress took back immediately and manager even apologized. It happens right? Very very noisy
The scene was enjoyable but the food was unfavorable. When my food arrived, the potatoes were cold with the asparagus. The plate was returned to the kitchen and then returned to me. The meat was now overcooked and the shrimp was tough and the potatoes dry with black crusted asparagus. The meal was comped and I would recommend drinks and the service was favorable but however, I would not recommend eating there for the price of the meal. It was a birthday celebration and I wasn't pleased with the outcome.
We had an early dinner reservation at Stone Creek in Montgomery. After cocktail and appetizer, the smoke alarm went off three times. The last blaring occasion it lasted for about 10 or more minutes. We has half our dinner boxed to go because of the noise. No apology and a highly unlikely excuse that the smoke alarm was being tested make us sorry we went.
