Not impressed for the $$ I would have killed for an ice cube. Nothing was served cold from my beer to the water in the filtered bottles that would sit on your table so you can pour it yourself. My twin pork chops were overcooked. Too well done. Not enough flavor for some of the main entrees. Nice enough ambience but I am looking for food quality.
Not what I was expecting I had heard so many good things from so may different people, I had high hopes for my first occasion here. I was let down. Our service was slow, at best. Server showed no interest in taking care of us. Calamari app took 30 minutes to arrive at the table. Soup was brought with the appetizer. expected more from this restaurant expected more from this restaurant since we've occasionally stopped by and were advised to make a reservation by the blase staff. service was OK, a bit rushed. we'd wanted to go for a special occasion - glad we just did it as a weekend night dinner. food good but not spectacular. on the plus side, it had good menu variety and was more child-friendly than i realized so we might try again.
Stone Creek has a comfortable Stone Creek has a comfortable atmosphere but is way to noisy for conversation. The food is okay. I think too much cheese is used in a lot of the preparations, which implies it is being used to mask a mediocre dish.
The restaurant seated most The restaurant seated most of our party on time (there were traffic delays). However, when I arrived home I had an e-meil that my reservation had been cancelled by the restaurant and my points were not credited...I did notify the restaurant about the error and the manager DID NOT respond to my call. Very loud to the point of Very loud to the point of being unenjoyable. Food came very quickly, half way thru our salads when the entrees were served. Food was OK. Could not recommend from this visit.
Michael and Joanne We were in the Montgomery area for a family event which fell on our anniversary so I requested a quiet table noting our anniversary. When we arrived there was no mention of our anniversary and the very young lady seated us at the table closest to the bar -- we asked to move. Ordered crab cakes - way too Ordered crab cakes - way too salty - would have sent them back but was in a hurry - really bad. Won't be going back.
Food was excellent. Four Food was excellent. Four of us all had various seafood dishes. Service was great. Noise level was exceptionally loud. Could not hear each other across the table. Not sure if we will return.
