My family has eaten at Stone My family has eaten at Stone Creek on numerous occassions, and we have always had a fantastic experience. However, this last visit was mediocre at best. Our reservations were for 8:15 in the evening, and in our opinion, the chef was ready to be home. The presentation, normally so beautiful, was sloppy and looked thrown together. Unimpressed I have been to Stone Creek in Montgomery before for lunch. I found the service to be attentive, food good and ambiance very good. However, we went to the Mother's Day brunch this time. We found the selections to be limited. The food to be fair. The wait staff to be just good. We felt it was overpriced for its limited offerings. They should stay within their comfort zone and skip expanding to brunch.

This seems fairly standard for restaurants in the Montgomery strip in this part of town. The decor is nice, and there is a large, vibrant bar area. Would suggest having a sign Would suggest having a sign directing where to start the line or either put plates in multiple locations...food was not nearly as good as it normally is. Would also suggest making omlets/eggs and french toast to order...there is nothing good about the barely warm eggs and soggy french toast. Overall it was a dissappointing experience.
