SLOW operation that evening. Had to wait lengthy times for each and every course. Monday night and it was packed. Staff was very overwhelmed. Wrong food brought to table once. Waited quite long for each and every contact with waiter. OK, maybe understaffed that night. OK, maybe Covid 19 impact. Thank goodness our guests were tolerant. Server did his best to lower the impact but he was only the middle man in the problem.

For the price, I expected the food to be excellent and it was far from it. The food was underwhelming.

Server super slow and forgetful and food poor quality
We come here all the time and I love the food but unfortunately the service has gone down hill. Management assigns their staff to opposite areas of the restaurant which causes things to slow down. We were there for 2.5 hours. It took 20 minutes to get drinks, and almost an hour to finally get bread. Refills were non existent and if we asked it took another 20 minutes to get it done. Our steaks were very salty and my husband said his steak tasted old. When the food is good it’s really good but unfortunately it’s never constant.
Very disappointed to have specifically reserved bar seating and then upon arrival they were going to sit us in the main restaurant. This was a business meal so we were looking for a conducive spot for discussions. Upon questioning the change we were first told that this location was not on the reservation but then the other hostess said it was but those tables were full and would be for a long time.
