Service could have been better Was in for a birthday on a Monday night. When we sat down and opened the menus, they clearly had been wiped down with a very dirty rag and smelled horrible. The last member of our party was about 20 minutes late and the server did not return to our table from the time we sat down until she arrived, at which time we returned the menus. The Good - The Bad - The Ugly GOOD - Food was tasty. BAD - Ordered salads with entree (NEVER received) UGLY - Drinks were NEVER refilled and it took FOREVER to receive the check.
While waiting for our table we went to the bar for a drink. He asked what I liked. I said," I like hoppy ipa's" he said I have "x" or "y". "That's all I can do for u!!! " what a jerk !!!! That was the first. Then service was slow, too loud, too crowded. It felt like a factory. Food was awful!! And the bread and oil before dinner was terrible. I don't understand how this place is packed?!? Lastly, waaaaayyyyyy over priced, since the food was lacking!!
It took 20 minutes for our waitress to even come to my table, which made no sense since we where the only ones in the dining room... Took another 10 minutes to get our drinks, never brought our bread out or asked us if we wanted refills, we ordered our food we got a steak that was very rough and chewy... :( our potato was cold. Very poor service the waitress was just to worried about leaving than taking care of her guest..
Normally reliable, but today missed the mark Normally our experiences at Stone Creek are fantastic. Usually the service is spot on and the food meets or exceeds expectations.
