horrible service we've been to this restaurant before - usually good service. Food typically is very good however this visit we had the worst service. Our server seemed more interested in other tables spending up to 15 minutes just chatting with them. We waited forever to get drinks, then after our meal he never came back to see if we wanted coffee and dessert. We only had 2 rounds of drinks the entire time because of his lack of service. raw food served Very disappointed! Large pork chop served with a completely RAW center. The lobster mac and cheese had absolutely no taste and was so dry. The parmesan Risotto that comes as a side was extremely bland. Portions of the fish (mahi mahi) given on the combo platter was ridiculously small. The service was swift and friendly, without being overbearing. The food was okay, nothing remarkable.
Disappointed with our Father's Day experience. This was the first time that I have been disappointed with this restaurant (or any of the Cunningham restaurant group). It was obvious with the under par service and the food that they were not able to handle the Father's Day crowd even though it was not really all that packed. Father's Day Brunch Service was terrible. It took over 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered. When food arrived , part was cold and other parts were missing. Will not be back!
Not a great experience I made a reservation weeks in advance to treat my 89 year old father to a nice Father's Day lunch. I expected a really nice table but what we got instead was a table right inside the front door with a view of the staff going in & out of the kitchen. The lighting was so dim that my dad couldn't read the menu. Paula, our server, was outstanding & the food was very good.
Disappointing experience Very limited brunch menu and negligent service. Also tried to place our 5 person party at a huge table for 10 and were "put out" about moving us.
Good food but very poor service. Arrived at 8:30pm to a 1/4 full restaurant and was put at the bar. Hostess refused to let us sit at one of the 15+ empty seats in the proper restaurant section.
