I had a 2 PM appointment and went to the service center, I had a 2 PM appointment and went to the service center, but they said there was no reservation. A person named Terry had even sent me a confirmation text. However, nobody there took any action. Terry acted annoyed about my issue and just brushed it off, saying he didn’t know anything. They’re only friendly when selling the car—after that, the service is completely terrible.

Buyer beware. Buyer beware. Save your time and go somewhere else. They will pack the deal at every turn. Was quoted one price got there to do the deal and the price now had a dealer add of $4000 on a lease and wouldn't disclose money factor or depreciation.

They list a vehicle on Cars.com for one price and then you spend hours negotiating based on that price all the find out they throw in a $3000 quote dealer prep/reconditioning fee” at the very end when you get a sales sheet. It’s the classic “bait you into the dealership with one price”, and then “switch it up with another one $3k more” after hours of going back and forth.
