Useless Extended Warranty First, I encourage each reader to look at all the reviews for Stonebriar's Service Dept. There are quite a few highly rated reviews, but almost all of the one star reviews are similar. You really should think twice before taking your vehicle to Stonebriar Chevrolet. My issue is simple. Terrible Used Car Buying Experience Absolute worst buying experience I've ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a 2 year old used car with 15,000 miles on it. They "couldn't find" the spare key so they said they would keep looking. It was never found and they charged me for a new one and acted like they were doing me a favor then. Once I got home I realized I hadn't checked the spare tire and the spot for it was empty, which is my bad I should've checked and never trusted a dealership. I called and they said i... read more

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE Do not buy your car from Stonebriar Chevrolet!!! They sell faulty cars!!! We brought a 2016 Tahoe from Stonebriar Chevrolet about a month ago and we have had nothing but issues with it since. We drove 4 hours up to Frisco to hopefully buy this car from salesman John Cutler.
