Shady dealership! I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Corvette on 8/13/2022 from Stonebriar Chevrolet in Frisco, TX. My wife and I had a good experience dealing with Adi our salesman. We agreed on the purchase price and the amount of our trade. When it came time to finance the car, TJ tacked on 2 warranties in the sales contract. He never asked if we wanted a warranty, he arbitrarily just added them. He told us we were getting such a great deal. Charged for service they did not do - won’t refund Stonebriar performed a number of services on my vehicle. I was charged $105.30 for an oil change that I specifically declined at the time I dropped my vehicle off at the dealer, and the oil change was in fact not done on my vehicle. I did not notice this charge on my invoice when I paid. (It was a four page invoice.) A few days later, I did notice it and contacted my service advisor. We communicated via text messages for a whole month and twice he told me that a check (for o... read more

Don't trust this dealership. Scam artists Went to test drive a vehicle. Made an offer it was declined. Fine. Was contacted a day later, got approved for the loan, and went to sign paperwork and they added scam charges, like window tint and wanted me to pay for a second Key. I have bought and paid off 8 vehicles. NEVER once have I been up charged 1600 dollars for window tint that was already on the car, or a second key which was handed to them by the previous owner. Stay away as far as possible Stay away from this dealer as far as you can. They have taken a deposit from me over a year ago and agreed to msrp pricing. Today I get a message saying that I will have to add a $5000 non refundable deposit and the car will be $50000 over msrp. This place has no integrity for repeat customer, imagine what they will do to a new customer….

Useless Extended Warranty First, I encourage each reader to look at all the reviews for Stonebriar's Service Dept. There are quite a few highly rated reviews, but almost all of the one star reviews are similar. You really should think twice before taking your vehicle to Stonebriar Chevrolet. My issue is simple. I purchased a used Chevy Cruze for my daughter. Since this car was for her commute to and from college, I also purchased the most comprehensive extended warranty that the dealership offered.
