Sam in service took great care of our issue and kept us Sam in service took great care of our issue and kept us involved in the process as well as keeping us updated. We had to drop our car off the week of Christmas after not getting the service we needed at another dealership. Sam listened to our concerns and made sure we received the service and repairs needed. And we actually got the car repaired in a timely manner over the holidays!
