"I was there to have the transmission fluid changed in my CRV" When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner directed to the waiting area, which was clean and comfortable. My service was completed in short order, and I was on my way again.
"Excellent service" Kat Baker was excellent. She was very helpful and explained everything throughout the entire process. I will definitely be coming back because of Kat. Thank you again.
"Routine checkup" I especially like the fact the service department doesn't try to push repairs on you just to generate revenue. I value honesty and efficiency. I trust what my service consultant is being truthful. Stewart has always been exceptional at this. I see why he is a long tenured employee.

He knows my name, even recognizes my children, and is sympathetic to my busy mom-schedule. He makes sure I’m in and out in a timely manner and gives me a loaner car if any extensive repairs are needed. I love this dealership which is why I just bought my new 2019 Pilot (the 5th Honda I have owned) at Honda Conyers!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

"Awesome " My sales lady Shameika was amazing. Not pushy. She listened to me and what I wanted and made it happen to the best of her ability... The finance officer was even greater. He listened and made the best possible deal for me and my situation. A wonderful and great experience especially since my nephew had purchased a car from them and was very familiar with the procedures.
