"Great experience!" The sales consultant, EJ Reed, made buying a car easy. EJ was friendly and personable. He thoroughly explained the buying process and did a fantastic job of demonstrating the features and benefits of my new car. And the sales manger, Patrick, was able to find me a car that had everything I wanted and more. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

"Took a while, but great service!" I was in for an oil change and new wipers. I did have an appointment. Service was so busy, my hour wait turned into 1 hour 45mins. They were so apologetic and "took care" of the oil change, so all was good! I love good customer service! Thank you!
"Average" I chose to get an oil change at the Honda dealership because I could make an appointment. My time is valuable so I thought this would be a good idea. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, I was told there were several people ahead of me. I asked what was the point in making an appointment?... Needless to say it took an hour and a half for the oil change. Even though I was disappointed how this situation was handled, I would like to say the the staff was professional and courteous.
