"Great overall experience" I was able to speak with someone on the phone initially to work out the deal for a trade-in and purchase. We agreed to all the numbers before I came into the dealership. When I got there, there were no "gotcha" moments or big surprises. No backhanded undercutting of the original deal. They honored the deal to the penny and made the process easy.
