"Dealer routine care costs are very expensive " We have 2 Honda Fits and reserve this car mainly for 2-3 trips/year. It only has, 46500 miles on it so the mileage is still under warranty. We drove the car only 3300 miles this past year and the car runs well. We brought it in for routine annual maintenance. The service was good, although my husband waited on site for about four hours. "Fantastic visit with Adam" As always, my experience with my 190K mile service at Honda was excellent. I called to say the wrench was on but after hearing what was needed I was concerned that I wouldn't have time to wait. Adam offered to take me back to work so I could bring the van and offered to pick me back up to get it. "Excellent communication and service" All issues were explained and made me feel comfortable I was getting done what needed to be done. Time estimated was fairly accurate and the service manager was helpful in making sure I got any appropriate discounts.
