Greeted with smiles and great customer service. All my ques Sales and Finance Staff very friendly and courteous, answered all questions with knowledge and patience. Able to shop with no pressure and without being rushed even when it was the end of a long day. My salesperson Jay Knight gave excellent customer service and showed genuine interest in my comfort in finding what I needed and wanted in a new Honda. Service Always enjoy the staff, very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was pouring rain the day I came in for an oil change and they were able to leave my car in the covered bay. Appreciate that very much.

Friendly and good customer care Only improvement: handling sales for out of state customers by providing info in the acceptable forms of payments before head. Also explanation of fees and taxes was a little confusing; maybe some material could be emailed
