Best dealership service dept. in Georgia The folks are friendly, they never fail to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I've never experienced this level of service at any other car dealership (as a car owner for over 45 years). This goes a long way in my book, and is the primary reason my wife and I purchased our past and present vehicles from Honda Conyers.
Great Communication Your car is ready in the time frame stated or earlier. If they find something wrong with the vehicle, they'll come in and inform you and asked do you want that repair done and state the new time frame. Came in for an oil change I came in for an oil change and was greeted promptly and politely. I was told it would not be that long and I waited in the waiting room. I received my car back , was informed what they did and received information on future needs.
