I am happy with our purchase. I didn't want the in dealership haggling and was only shopping with email quotes. Patrick Bernard was very willing to send me quotes (and get the color and model that we wanted). There was only one Red Civic EX-L in four states, and he got it for us. The dealership that had it, didn't even want to send us an email quote.
Great Customer Service Everytime I go to Honda Conyers for service it's always the same. A good experience. I don't mean the repair is always a good experience, we all know that car repairs can be very costly. But Honda Conyers does their best to soften the blow and they have different payment options. The last time I went it was going to take hours to do the repair. My Service Agent saw that I was alone so he had Ms. Joyce from their service department drive me home and pick me up after completed. Good and fast service I made my appointment the same morning and had no problem getting in. Service was prompt and the person who helped me was attentive and informed me what needed to be done for my SUV to function properly.
Oil change service Adam was super nice. Always takes me in as soon as I arrive. Didn't have to wait long. Even found me a coupon online to use towards my service!!!
