Very helpful and understanding. Very secure facility for storage and very professional staff.
I recently needed storage and I went here first. I took the biggest one they had available and still needed more storage, so I was in a position that I ended up using three different storage places. The other two places were so much more customer service oriented. This was the least friendly. It wasn't a bad experience but I wish I had gone to the other places first.

Was in need of a storage unit very last minute and this was the perfect place. The property manager Stephanie was awesome and made the process super easy. Very affordable and great customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I got from Stephanie. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs. She explained how everything worked and what was expected of me and what services they offered. They also offer customers free truck use, a free driver if you need it, just to mention a few. Which the other facilities do not. It was also reasonable, clean and easy to access to your storage room. Our storage unit was broken into. The Staff was a mix to deal with. Mostly good but sometimes difficult. Now I'm just waiting for the insurance company to handle the claim. I would store there again, I just wouldn't store valuables of ANY kind even ones that aren't valuable in price but valuable to you.
