Mary Anne at the E. Price St location was very professional and friendly each time she assisted my mother getting a storage unit and then again we I got one a week later. She was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions and always friendly in my passings to my storage unit. She is exceptional. Please reward her for the great service she provides to customers. The storage area showed to me was clean and sizable for my needs. the price special is within my budget. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Marian at the Germantown location was very polite, friendly, and very welcoming, each time we wet at the site. I would give her 5 stars even if I did not rent a space.
