I chose your facility because of pricing. You offered a 6 x 10 unit for a reasonable price with a discounted for the first three months. Your online sign-up was convenient and quick, however it required a lengthy application by phone to complete the rental. It was even longer to get the confirmation and unit assignment. Your picture of your facility on your website makes it look like a really clean space. To then see the open cages just does not match. I was supposed to rent 2 5x5 storage units next to each other, 34 and 35. When I get ready to put my stuff in 1 5x5 (unit 35) was just fine but unit 34 has someone else stuff in it already. I have had a bad time getting someone to push this issue to your general manager. James Adams 239-565-1900

I showed up today to park my trailor in the space I reserved, but the space was too small for me because there was a fire hydrant in the middle of it!! In addition, it was a grass lot. I was told it was a paved spot. As a result, I was not able to park my trailor and now have to find another storage facility. I was not very happy.

Rented a drive up space online, went to the location two hours later and noticed that it had a walk in door instead of a big roll up door. Spoke with the attendant on duty and cancelled the rental. Have went back to the location two times and also spoke with a representative on the phone and still can not get a refund after 10 days. Horrible service.

The storage space is good and priced right, but ever since I took over a parking place for my travel trailer the gates have been broken, so no security at night.

So far not good, could not enter or exit facility twice, yet others could get in/out. No explanation from the staff (phone call) why.

I think the price is a bit high especially to have problems with lights not working and never fixed and doors of tracks that make it harder to open and insulation falling all over you every time you open up the door even after talking in person never got fixed after calling the 1-800 number still never fixed. Now we can’t even get a break while in this pandemic. SMH.

Security was lacking, when we couldn’t get the gate to work a guy went through the fence and opened the exit. The unit appeared to have a leaky roof and the buildings were too close to use for vehicle storage. When I went to the office there was no one

it is too bad there is no zero on this scale.. please please DO NOT rent from this place. horrible experience, not only the manger was not there when they said he was going to be there, but they charged us for the unit that was never used... we have not received any refund to date.. have called and they promised the refund, but nothing to date. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS
