I'm always satisfied with this service at this facility, regardless of who owns it. I've rented here for 6 years. The buildings are well maintained; clean, fresh paint, good security, and helpful customer service. It's always improving! And, here is the best part, they manage to keep the fees low. SIX YEARS strong and planning on staying a while longer!!!

The service is 2nd to none with clean and comfortable location. The office staff, Amber, is personable and friendly. I have observed her servicing people renting trucks and she is very helpful. I have Rented a unit for over 10 years and the present owners are doing a great job.

I thought we were getting an overhead door, we have a single door. This will not work. Some of our tools are too large to fit in.

We just started renting there .We found the staff very helpful when needed.We rented inside the unite was clean and I like the fact it had air conditioning.The grounds outside could use a cleaning.

2 stars because on the day I moved in the code I was given to get into the facility did not work and so I had to call customer service to see what was happening. They were able to get ahold of the site manager and I was able to get in using their code but it has been almost 2 weeks and I still don't have my own personal code to get into the site. I'm worried that I won't be able to get to my clothes or shoes for my kids or myself as I put our work and school clothes in there since we are between homes right now. During this ... read more

The space is clean and dry. The initial set up and being able to drive my car, my neighbors car and a preacher with a van loaded with stuff into the place was a disaster. It was on Presidents’ Day. Code didn’t work and waited on hold for 25 minutes for someone to give me a temporary code. Once in, it went very smoothly and when I went back to add more things, the original code sent to me worked and actually greeted me with my name.

I was given the wrong gate code upon confirmation of my rental. Sat outside the gate for 15 minutes until customer service answered because it is an unmanned facility. Then was given a temporary code. Was not told my unit was inside the building so took 2 trips by the time customer service told me it was inside in which then I needed a 2nd code to enter the building. Was told there would be a lock and 2 keys zip tied to cage but again, deceives and had to purchase my own and make 4th trip to use my unit. Would give “0” stars... read more

Checked on the parking space I have rented (PS15) to get ready to bring my boat there. Found a big pile of trash in the parking spot.
