I made the reservation online and not long after it was confirmed Rich called me to ask if I needed any help with the reservation and that I found the storage space I was looking for and if I had any questions. That is customer service. When I arrived on the day to use the storage he was very helpful and friendly and made sure I was happy with everything. I was very comfortable in the lobby because he was doing the right thing and wore a mask.I have rented here before and will do again whenever I need storage or truck rental... read more
