I’m thankful they had storage available bc i was displaced due to Hurricane Laura. But i have some complaints. One when I initially called for the storage i specifically stated what i needed. To arrive the unit and it wasn’t what i asked for not good. Well I have called several times to get things straight and i was take care of. Actually -1 seeing I was only in my unit for 2 weeks when my stuff was stolen or auctioned off as the police seems to feel happened.....and we were told the cameras worked which they didn't... Hope you make it right to me.....

I was told up front the facility had flooded in Harvey and Imelda. Much to my surprise, right inside the gate I find the storm drain is clogged. Hard to believe after two major events no action has been taken. Will move all items to other facility soon.

From the time i agreed to rent from this facility ive had nothing but problems. I only rented bc i need 24 hr access but i have not been able to gain access amy of the times im free. Wtf

I reserved my unit a week in advance on the website and when I arrived on my scheduled day they informed me that they didn't have any available. Lesson learned, call the place don't just do it online.

I hope your storage facility is better than your bookkeeping. I secured a unit over the phone and was charged 54.00 for total move in costs for July. Once I arrived (I completely forgot) and the paperwork was done, I was charged a total of 83.00. It seems your system doesn't communicate with itself. The man taking my information at the facility apparently didn't see where I'd already paid. If I'd been thinking I would have remembered I'd already paid.
