The online portion of signing up was fine. I arrived at the facility and was unable to get into the office, repeated calls to the number on the door went to voicemail. Waited about 15 minutes. No luck. Had to go back the next day. Same result. Had to wait around about 20 minutes for the person to finally return from an errand they had run. Whenever i got a storage unit online they immediately called me for my payment, not once did they tell me they closed at 5:30 or that I’ll have to get a key to open my storage (i thought i would have to break a seal) I got to the unit at exactly 5:40 and nobody was there so i went to the website to see what time they closed the website says 7:00am -10:00 pm I called the customer service woman and she told me they close at 5:30 and to come the next day (Wednesday) i got me A Uhaul so i had drive more miles all the way back ... read more

I had storage from May -december of 2021 had lot's of things taking out of my storage have filed a claim Dec to now and have not heard anything thing in over a month and last heard it would be completed in 72 hours over a month ago and I am still waiting to hear back

I have not had my rental space for 1 year yet and the price has increased twice. The 1st time was about $20. The second is about $40. I'll repeat that I haven't been there 1 year. While I was in the unit a rat was crawling on a beam. I called the office and was told that there wasn't anything that they could do. Since then I have gone in and cleaned my unit. I’m very thankful for this facility. Due to Hurricane Laura I had to place my furniture into the storage until I have me a place. Everyone was very helpful .. It’s been a year since I had mine furniture in the storage. They did go up on the rates so I thought i should move my things closer to home. Well I’m the process of moving some things were molded.
