Was given a thorough overview and tour of storage area options to determine best one for our needs. A plus was being given opportunity to purchase a deadbolt lock to secure the storage area with not only one key, but three to provide back-ups if we need to share with other family members. Storage areas we saw were all well kept and very clean/sanitary.

The lady in the office was very cold hearted and rude... Im already going through a very hard time... It was the way she talk to me and try to handle me... Like I was a kid or my business/money didn't matter to her... Maybe she was having a bad day... I could never treat others that way especially if it's not my own business... I could never allow no one to represent my business that way... Thanks

The manager harassed me and my friend about passed customers that had a late storage unit payment. Once we pay we will move our stuff out and report the manager to consumer affairs for the unfair treatment we have received at this facility.

Not very happy with the website and the way you can pay. When you get a special rate the website doesn't show that amount just the regular rate to pay. Plus it also has late fee even when it's only the first of the month and late charge isn't till the 6th.
