I drove 3200 miles from Utah to Florida paid my first months rent to get a 10 x 5 unit, the unit number was B 19 and was given a 5 x 10 unit. I did however get unit #1210 which was in fact a 20x5 unit. After 3 1/2 days of a train US trip the last thing I needed was the storage unit to be wrong as I started unloading the truck with my friend Scott to find out that the unit was indeed incorrect. My 2 stars is solely based on the rental process itself. I rented a unit for same day and process seemed to go well. Got the unit paid for and also paid extra for a lock. Minutes later I got my confirmation email with my new access code and was told my new lock would be inside my unit when I got there. Well when I got to the site my access code didn't work and after trying numerous times and called it still didn't work and I was stuck there with a load of furniture I couldnt unload. Not very happy from the start of the process! Dinah very nice and professional, nothing to do with her but,the hidden insurance costs for the space wasn’t up front or the $ 25.00 administration fee didn’t show up til you booked. Also, advertised free month, then when I got there it was only til the end of the month which would have been less than a week. So, y’all got the $25.00 and the young woman at the emergency hotline said that would be refunded as i had the unit less than 24 hours! I’ll wait to see if that happens. T... read more

So the hours of operation are supposedly from 6am-10pm. On the first day, I finally finished moving all of my stuff in at around 9:05 pm I was trying to leave the facility and the gate wouldn’t open. I left multiple messages On their voicemail and when I saw there was no response, I decided to call the police to let me out. What a horrible experience as a first time storage user. Please be aware and ask tons of questions.

Not customer service oriented at all. I was traveling from Colorado and found out I would need to use storage before I could close on my new home. I needed to unload my moving truck on a Sunday because it needed to be returned at 8 am Monday morning. The "management team" said it was no problem because they have coded gates. They would just need me to sign a couple documents electronically.
